PERFORMANCE

With a dual-pump, dual-circuit constant power control system, the Isuzu engine outputs a continuously strong operating force. This optimized performance of the engine reduces power loss.

Four working modes are displayed for your different requirements at various jobsites. Heavy-duty mode maximizes the operating efficiency, standard mode reduces fuel consumption and noise, light-duty mode is economical with lower fuel consumption, and breaker mode specially designed for hammer operation.

Auto deceleration or acceleration of the SY365H excavator reduces fuel consumption by 5-10%. When an operation stops for 3 seconds, the engine speed drops automatically to idle level and maintains the idling state. When the operation is resumed, the engine speed will increase to the set RMP within 0.1 second.

STRENGTH

A quick circuit has been added to the arm oil cylinder circuit. The hydraulic oil in arm cylinder rod end does not return the tank but goes directly to the cylinder head end. This increases the arm speed and reduces fuel consumption.

COMFORT

The standard large capacity air conditioner keeps in-cab air fresh by purifying fresh air and recirculation air. The quick temperature control ensures a comfortable temperature in cab all the year round.

The SY365H is fixed to the swing platform in six points, which minimises the shock brought by rough road and engine or hydraulic impact, increasing the stability of cab and improving the comfort of operator.

The top plate of the excavator cab is punch-formed with thick high-strength steel sheet integrated with reinforced ribs which maximize the safety of operator, protecting them from falling objects.

Blind zones of vision are minimised by means of improved cab design with reduced column size without decreasing the structural strength of the cab. The front and side window enable the operator to see the working conditions and surroundings clearly; and the rear window and the engine hood height provide a good rear view.
